While women business owners have always been a crucial part of the US economy, they are taking a leap into entrepreneurship in recent years. Cartier Women’s Initiative offers fellowships and women owned business grants. It offers an award amount ranging from $30,000 to $100,000 to 30 regional laureates and finalists each year. Fearless Strivers gives four $20,000 awards to small businesses across the country, along with digital tools and mentorship opportunities. Each summer, the Halstead Grant award worth $7,500 is given in startup capital, and $1,000 in merchandise to new jewelry designers who primarily work with silver. Each year, SBA hosts InnovateHER competition that awards three top finalists with a cash prize worth $40,000, $20,000, and $10,000 respectively. HerSuiteSpot monthly microgrant worth $1,000. To be eligible for this women owned business grant, your business should be at least 51% owned by women of color, and has less than $1 million in gross revenue.

EmpowHer grant of up to $25,000 is given to a woman business owner who is at least 22 years old. Applicants can request up to $25,000 in women owned business grant for support. GirlBoss Foundation gives $15,000 award biannually for project funding to women entrepreneurs.
